    I just finished this video and I love it! Only note/uncertainty I have is that, I wasn't sure about my foot placement from Mountain pose to Chair pose, are the big toes still supposed to touch or is it supposed to be shoulder with apart?

    I practiced with another 30 min beginner yoga video for a few months and went to intermediate for two mornings and got myself injured all over my body…..That made me realise I really can't rush things out so i went back to that beginner video
    A month later I found this video and wondered why you're making similar videos on your channel but then I found it'd become more enjoyable to follow this one coz I kinda got bored with the same set of movements every morning. This video had made me excited to start my morning with yoga practice again. So thank you
