    I''ve trained with Pam for about 2 years, I still think how unbelievable it is that she is able to talk during the whole LIVE workout!!! I just want to shout "I am fxxking tired!" if I have to open my mouth to say something. XD

    This was the best workout I’ve had in a long time. It was powerful, energizing, challenging and peaceful all at the same time. I am a stay at home mom, and I hold so much stress within myself. Not enough people tell each other that they are great, and when Marnie said those thoughtful words at the end of the yoga part I literally burst into tears. I probably sound totally dramatic, but this workout really helped me feel good physically and mentally!

    I love this workout and regularly return to it. I especially appreciate the pacing – it moves seamlessly between fast-paced cardio, stretching/recovery, and muscular strength exercises. I only wish that they provided modifications for the stretches – especially in the first series where you have to crouch down and then put your leg out. This assumes you have very flexible hips and calves, which many people (myself included) do not. Also at the end when she casually tells us to go into "center split" is obviously not attainable for most. Just some minor critiques, but overall it's a great workout – I'd love to see more videos with Marnie!

    I’ve done this workout (and Marne’s other 45 minute one on here!) several times a week since last May. 14 months in, it still kicks my butt but I’m seeing more muscle tone and feeling stronger and more flexible. I love that the workouts are broken into 8 reps at a time as other workouts seem repetitive and boring. Not this one!

    I love that Popsugar always provides modification options that give all of us some flexibility to work with our unique bodies. Thanks for keeping me sane and fit through Covid!

    This was super tough! The abs floor workout hurt my knees, so I had to modify. Definitely feeling sore in my legs after all of the squats.
