    Yoga is good for all body types. Physiology, Physics and Reality dictate that the more advanced flows/positions will always be beyond the grasp of larger peeps. That's the truth of the matter. Any person that does yoga is a very good thing, but advanced yoga is made for for thinner body types period. Keep doing yoga whatever your body type is. Namaste

    I love how she says “I can’t do that YET”. That is the number one key to Yoga. This is not a do it or don’t do it exercise. This is a try to do it until you can, form of exercise. Moves that I couldn’t do for MONTHS, I woke up one day, tried it and all of a sudden, I was able to do it and that’s how Yoga works and NO ONE SAYS THIS!!

    Thank you so much!!! I'm scouting the internet right now trying to find modifications that fit my belly in certain yoga poses (knees to chest, child's pose). This wasn't 100% what I was looking for but I'm so grateful it exists anyway, and the chair modification for the single knee to the chest is something I will 100% be trying. More people need to be aware that yoga is different for different bodies!!

    Do you have any tips for kneeling> Like when you sit back on your heels or flat feet? I can't do either, my butt won't go down. Pigeon type stuff I can do fine (I'm probably a bit bigger than you but I sit criss cross all the time I think that helps)
