    I’m genuinely surprised by how far I’ve come. I’ve been doing HIIT for about a month using different influencers and I didn’t realize how far I’ve come in my stamina bc I was able to finish “no problem.” It was still a challenge but normally this would kick my ass

    I was only able to do the 3 rounds at first and then now I am able to do 5 rounds! Not showing off at all, all I am saying is that patience is the key, keep going you got this ! <3

    I did four rounds of this because I thought it was easier but I still have energy left in me to get two more rounds done. When I first started exercising, I could barely get through one round of her sets. I’m so proud of myself for reaching this level.

    I decided to finally start a daily exercise routine and today was my first day doing HIIT. This video was perfect! Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds! We will be working on improving our shoulder and core stability as well as stretching our hamstrings, shoulders, hip flexors, quads, hips and basically our entire body. This routine can be done first time in the morning to energize your day or mid-afternoon as well! Feel free to do what you can and to modify the routine by making it harder or easier depending on your own level.
