    Today I have a 60-minute leg day:
    – 10 min booty activation
    – 20 min weights& booty band
    – 10 min bubble butt
    – 10 min knee friendly booty
    – 10 min medium booty
    And so I'm doing the LAST exercise (high glute bridge) looking at the ceiling and thinking "What am I doing to myself?"
    I hope it worth it!
