Hi, I have a question… do you only apply one layer of POP + Glue to the structure – or do you put a thin coat before and then add the thicker mixture on top? I was a little confused watching the video. Also, would it be possible for you to tell us the measurements of the pieces? I'm making it for my son who does Yoga every morning and I know he'll love it. Thank you very much.

I haven’t watched your videos in a year..your entire persona changed..you sound like Kim Kardashian when you speak now and just a piece of advice..make sure if you are pregnant ladies to check with your doctors prior to doing any type of work out like this because you could end up miscarrying your baby even at 7-9mo this it can happen, so take it easy no jumping jacks, nothing strenuous. Some women are placed on bed rest due to their uterus not being strong enough, they might have to wear a special support garment to prevent miscarriages.

OMG! You just look amazing! I can't tell you are pregnant and I am about the same week of pregnancy as you are, but damn I should've worked out more before. I really see the difference between somebody who is more active and me that I am the laziest person alive. Not body wise (I am 5,2 ft and 127 pounds, still ok) but in the energy level and overall tonus! congrats!
