    How do I not grow muscles?
    Cause I finished doing the shred challenge and now started doing the weight loss challenge one and I can tell that my body parts have become smaller but my weight has increased
    So I’m guessing I am growing muscles, which I don’t want to grow much!!!
    So how do I prevent my muscles from growing ????
