    Nice to have a desk yoga… but this doesn't work for your typical office chair (which has armrests). Also some audio directions would be nice.

    I love this quick little sequence. I really wish it was verbal directed as well though! Because it is a relatively fast-paced sequence, it’s very difficult to follow along and actually enjoy / relax into any of the movements without having it memorized.
