    This was my favorite video yet… It challenged me in a god way. New poses to practice for sure! Not to mention my body feels much better than it did before the practice. And my mind is at ease…..

    At 39 I had a heart attack and from this I’ve started to take the fitness journey. I workout 3!days a week with yoga one-two days a week and you sessions are by far the best to follow and leave me feeling relaxed and refreshed after them!! I can put my earbuds in and follow along without having to watch because your instructions and that good!! These are perfect for my level and look forward to growing in yoga with you! Thank you ever so much!!!!!!
