    A bit too challenging for moi. But I did try. It's different than Trapeze with the handles. I would like to have some info on how to hang the swing, moved mine around 2-3 times and different heights but it wasn't working. Always too wide on my shoulders so I couldn't do some of the movements well w/out pulling.

    I cannot do the body circles, I don’t know if having the yoga body trapeze vs the fabric they have (it hangs a little different) or if I’m just that weak but I seem to either be flung forward or have to grip on the fabric for dear life. Anyone have any tips?
