    I normally have you in my TV, but my toddler was watching it quietly. I was not ruining that. So, I put you on my phone and put my headphones in. I thought I keep hearing something when you got quiet, so I focused on it. With the head phones in you can hear your heartbeat. Thought that was interesting and had to share.

    Wow, I really needed this today… I remembered how difficult it was to focus on my breath the last time I did this sequence, but somehow I wanted to try it again. I came to the mat with tension headaches, tight shoulders, stress and heaviness in the chest. Tears were falling down during the whole practice – but now I feel much more better and released. Thank you so much for this video! I hope you're doing well
