In in the present day’s video, we’re doing a 15-minute strolling routine, mixed with firming workouts to sculpt your whole physique.

After I began my health journey, I had no concept what to do and I turned to stroll for outcomes. It actually helps burn energy and construct up my endurance! So in the present day I needed to share a easy and straightforward approach so that you can stroll, indoors, even when the climate is unhealthy!

Keep in mind, strolling is a good type of train to assist burn energy and lean out your legs, and I extremely advocate that everybody tries to stroll at the least 10 minutes a day!

    Hi Holly, I love doing your workouts, but recently I've been getting a lot of unskippable ads in the middle of the video. Is that something youtube does on its own or could you maybe change that?

    I have loved your videos for a long time, but I’m disappointed that you changed the ads so now they play in the middle of the workout. Ads are fine, but having them in the middle of a video totally messes up the flow!

    I love doing this routine found I’ve toned and lost weight!! But now they are 3 adverts on it and it’s so annoying feel I can’t do the routine properly now such a shame!!

    I am currently suffering from tennis elbow so I ended up doing planks instead of push ups.. y'all I went from holding it for 3 seconds to 20 in less than two weeks

    Wow, this is definitely more intense than it looks. Just tried it for the first time and thought it would probably be too easy, but it really got me out of breath.
    I'm not trying to lose any weight, but just to get fit and built some endurance and I think this could be a great way to get back into exercise after a year in lockdown

Es wird strong. Zumindest hier und da. Eure Schultern werden gut auf ihre Kosten kommen, die Oberschenkel arbeiten fleißig mit und auch die Körpermitte bringen wir kurzzeitig zum kochen.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds!
