Hello I purchased the thick rectangular bolster from YD. It is really well made, and should last for many years. I just recieved it today. I think it may be too thick for me. (I'm not very flexable). I will keep it, however, I'm going to order the bolster that is not so thick. I think this will be a good choice for me, untill I increase my flexability.

I forgot to mention, I'm totally new to yoga and just found out about Yin yoga today. I stretched out my shoulders really well using two of the Yin poses! There is just so much to learn about yoga!! I have to resist the urge to try and do everything all at once.
