    Haven't practiced yoga for a month or so.. Been feeling really stressed and unhappy last few weeks. And today I decided it's enough. So I came back to Adriene's videos and chose this one to make myself feel a little bit better. And oh my… I cried with relief doing this practice and 'I choose to be happy'. And I'm soooo thankful to Adriene for all her yoga videos. And I choose not to take month long break again because little bit of yoga everyday makes such a big difference..
