    This has been the most helpful and relieving of all yoga swing videos I've seen so far. I liked to stretch my legs out while doing that … baby in the womb curled up pose not sure what to call it lol but it was SO nice! how on earth did you pull yourself up and stretch your legs back almost into a plank-like pose? Was I just not strong enough or was I fighting the fabric? Maybe I was doing it wrong. I'd appreciate the feedback, thanks for the awsome video!

    So maybe I didn’t have the purest thoughts when I purchased this. It works great for all the adult stuff you’re trying to accomplish. I would recommend some sturdy hooks to hang it from and I added two large heavy duty clips at the end.

    I loved this workout. However, it would be nice to have it slower. If one is seeking a video to follow for anything, but especially in this environment, it's because we don't already know what we're doing. Slower to start, slower transition times and more explanations on how to get to the next pose would be helpful. I had to stop and go back in several transitions or poses which kept me from fully experiencing the workout as intended. Besides, what's the rush. This could be made a 30 minute routine without many changes other than to slow down. I really like how you helped align your body and explained how it should feel and maybe some modifications if you aren't able to do what you're doing because we aren't all made of malleable clay. More videos please, super helpful in learning what our bodies are capable of doing with the Feet Up. After the first session with it, which for me was a basic stand, I was so happy with the results I traveled with it. Thank you.
