    This is the very first workout I did of your videos close to 2 years ago. I've been consistent with your videos (finally) for close to a month now. Today I just did two tabatas (12-minute ones) back to back and I'm not even winded. Sweating but not out of breath. So cool. Thank you for what you are doing.

    that was only for 12 minutes, and tough? What is the goal at how long one of these wrokouts should be and how often during the day? how long does the effects last and what is the recovery? i guess time to recover from this first time doing it will be the tale all of the answer. thanks for posting and sharing this.

    I filmed this workout about 1.5 weeks ago and some parts of the burn on my leg blistered up after I finished the workout! I wasn't ready to workout yet but i'm still glad i got this filmed! Haven't really worked out since. Hope you guys enjoyed this program so far!

    Let's do this.
    Day 1 it was tough for me. I had to take a minute or two after 5 to 6 exercise to Rest.
    Day 2 I feel a little sore. It's just my thighs that pain. I m eating what I generally eat just trying to cut out fried stuff.

    Hey I with start doing this workout so I’ll keep you updated!! My diet is 1200 calories and i use mypalfitness to count my calories. I really recommend it .

    This is the longest 15mins workout i have been doing in my life! I usually watch through one workout video to decide whether it’s suitable for me, but this one I started without watching and it isn’t beginners friendly!
    I feel the rain on my face and my body. Not sweating, not dripping
    I couldn’t do Side Plank Kick as yet…and yes! I managed to pull it through!

Es wird strong. Zumindest hier und da. Eure Schultern werden gut auf ihre Kosten kommen, die Oberschenkel arbeiten fleißig mit und auch die Körpermitte bringen wir kurzzeitig zum kochen.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds!
