    For those who are beginner or even intermediate, please please please be careful when she instructs you to “lock your knees; pull harder;; nose to knee; or you MUST touch your face to your legs below the knee”.This type of instruction is dangerous and you can get very injured. Please listen to your own body’s limits. Nobody HAS to touch their forehead to their knee etc

    A thorough, complete, very physical practice. A refreshing change from endless sun salutations. Slightly robotic narrative but nice that it’s not too wordy. Ignore the comment “You MUST touch your face to your legs below the knees!” – lol – just do what you can within your body’s own limits and respecting your own body’s boundaries.
