Looks like I'm late to the party, but man I'm glad I'm here! You are truly one of the best fitness leaders I've come across.

Hi! I had back surgery in January of 2019. Due to my physical disability, diabetic type II and the quarantine of COVID-19 I’ve gained overall 60 lbs. I’m 5’9” with a large bones. My frame can only hide maybe 10lbs. Im so challenged and encouraged by your workout. I started on my eating regimen on 7-16-21. I do 1 hour of your workouts. I love every exercise and you push me to my limit! KEEP IT GOING! My goal is to weigh “180lbs”! I know I’ll make it with your help. THANK YOU AND I LOVE YOUR ACCENT.???????????????????
