    I really love how Team Body Project focuses on celebrating our bodies and the gift that they are. It's refreshing to have workouts that help me be grateful for my body and the movements that it can do, irrespective of size or capabilities. Instead of workouts that feel focused on forcing my body into submission for the sake of getting *shredded*, losing weight, or upping my reps, these videos focus on helping me move my body in a way that feels joyful and doable.     I haven't worked out since the pandemic started and I dreaded starting again. This workout was exactly what I needed. A celebration of my body and its abbilities instead of a punishment for not being active for too long. Loved it!

    I have always linked word 'diet' with starvation, until I discoverd website "Agoge Diet". With their diet plan, I am never hungry and I am still losing weight. Amazing!!!

    Started this workout 4 days ago. I'm 61 and usually walk every morning, but in our
    area of the country it is 105 with the heat index even in the morning, so I decided to
    get on board with a cardio workout and this is great. I can't stay up with the little
    lady on the right but I try and stay in step and in snyc with the leader and the lady
    on the left. Also, as a retired band director I am wired to at least try and stay in step
    with the video. It goes against my very being to be out of sync, but during the fast
    45 second phases I'll just go at my own pace thank you. Love the accent. I think an
    Aussie could hold you up for money in a dark alley and you'd thank him! Ha!
