June 2nd – Hi Adriene! I've been using the lower back pain sessions to help ease out some work related strains, but found that my hips and knees are really tight, so tried this one out. (It went so fast I had to do it twice!) I wrecked my right ACL over 30 years ago (bmx crash) and carried the injury for a long time before it got fixed. As a result, the meniscus in my right knee is badly damaged, so my knee is almost permanently swollen and tight. This makes it really hard to get my right leg to bend fully. (It's painful and feels under pressure lowering fully into Childs Pose, for example, or just trying to sit cross legged.) Is there anything I can do to gently improve the flexibility? Work around it by improving hip movement? (Both my 52 y.o. knees could do with the help TBH!) Thanks!

I'm on afternoons for 2wks so my son does the video and leaves a note about what he likes from the video. When I come home and do the video I then write my thoughts on the paper underneath his. I feel like we're penpals! It's a fun little addition to our practice.
