Hoy os traigo una entrenamiento con ejercicios de abdominales y oblícuos. Esta rutina tiene una duración máxima de 8 minutos y no necesitaréis materials por lo que la podréis realizar en casa sin ningún problema.

También podéis unir esta rutina con otras para completar tu día de gimnasia.
