    Including myself in this, I think most people look at people doing yoga on tv and think it's kinda silly but these advanced techniques are insane. I can't do these things. I want to try yoga now!

    I have been trying to do a handstand for a while but I can't hold it very long and I have to use momentum. I can easily do a headstand though and I was wondering if having hyper extensive joints is what is preventing me from getting a handstand
