    THESE WORK!! I did these yesterday for 10 min each . 40 weeks 3 days pregnant. I got contractions at 6 am this morning and came in to the hospital at 8 am already 8 cm dilated with not that much pain . Delivered at 10:53 all natural with no epidural , thank you so much

    I watched this video on Sat 11th July 2020 in the afternoon and thought I'd give it a try at 38 weeks + (my baby was due on 21.07.20) … I got to the hospital that same day at 10.30pm after having regular contractions… My baby girl was born 3hrs later! Sunday 12th July 2020 at 1.25am. Natural birth, no pain relief, quickest labor and delivery I ever had 🙂 I got discharged the same day and we were home early evening. Thank you for your video!
