    Lol, maybe if you werent screaming and talking the whole time you would have got some better resoults? I find very important to stay quiet and breath deeply to conect with my body and mind.. You meditate at the same time and not try to push the movements but let your body naturaly fall into them..

    This is why I get frustrated when people telling me that doing yoga for 20-30 minutes a day isn’t a “real workout” because it’s too easy.

    I have played wii fit plus for about 5 months and it really helped me with yoga poses and strength training. Now I have moved to another city and started using the app Down Dog every night. The poses this apps gives can be chosen in the app, helping to do everything based in your current level. I'm really enjoying this app.

    For me I try Yoga with Sarah Beth and it really work, just only focus on breathing not stretching, I’m only doing Yoga before going to bed

    I am really sorry I have to say that but I really do not like this video.

    Yoga is so much more than just a workout and in my opinion it is so sad that in the western hemisphere the sence behind yoga is getting lost.

    It is a moved meditation to release negative energies out of the body. To breath, to let go, release, calm the mind. To center energy, build up heat in the body, of course also to strengthen the body. But there is a science behind it!

    Shavasana!!! Being an endurance runner myself, I can concur mybhamstrings and hips were the worst flexible part of my body. Howevet, after yoga for more than a year now, it improves everything, Strength, flexibility and mental focus
