    This camera crew…Why are they cutting to the girl in the back to the left every 2seconds zoomed in on her face, and not focusing on the trainer and her perfect form? I’m surprised no one else has commented on this.

    Good workout. The instructor really changes up the exercises; not the typical arm work out. I would have liked to have some shoulder work as well. Slowing down the pace allows for better form.

    This is the best arm workout I swear anytime I come back to it I get results. Every time my son is a athlete that plays semi-pro football and I tell you he laughed when I told him about this but when he tried it it was great

    Shouldn't we do this after a full body workout or some muscle groups with at least one large muscle group so that the appropriate hormones are activated? In other words, it is not recommended to do this by itself, isn't it?

    This is a surprisingly tough, quick workout for the arms. Only thing-can you get rid of the mid roll ad? It sucks to suddenly have a workout interrupted right in the middle of a set!
