How I finally got my six-pack abs:

Hey y’all,

Mike here, and in today’s episode I’m going to show you a KILLER abs and cardio workout you can do at home. This workout is great for losing your belly fat, and for making your six pack abs really pop.

You can do this workout at home with no equipment, and you just have to learn a few simple exercises.

Here’s the breakdown:

Round 1
*(1:30) Half Burpees- 30 sec
*(2:00) Elbow to Knee Crunch- 30 sec
*(2:30) Mountain Climbers- 30 sec
*(3:00) Jack Knives- 30 sec

Round 2
*(3:30) Half Burpees- 30 sec
*(4:00) Elbow to Knee Crunch- 30 sec
*(4:30) Mountain Climbers- 30 sec
*(5:00) Jack Knives- 30 sec

Round 3
*(5:30) Half Burpees- 30 sec
*(6:00) Elbow to Knee Crunch- 30 sec
*(6:30) Mountain Climbers- 30 sec
*(7:00) Jack Knives- 30 sec

Final Round

    I focused on putting 100% power into each punch and kick, as if there was someone in front of me and I was fighting for my LIFE! I'll tell you, I am BEAT UP today. This workout is as effective as the effort you put into it. I haven't felt my back and lats so sore in a minute! Even my biceps! Keep everything as tight, controlled and powerful as possible and trust me, you'll feel the same

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds!
