    Jesus………it was harder this time around because I decided to place my back against the wall. It was maybe 5-10 seconds intermittently before I felt the burn in my hip. I actually scooted my hip away from the wall slightly just to get some elevation but damn. Got a couple of stares and I looked back at them.….you want to try this shit. Because at first glance, it doesn't look difficult until you do it. Excellent training…

    Probably the most difficult of your series……..especially with raising and turning your legs inwards and outwards, my thighs start cramping immediately. All these poses require active engagement of the muscles. And you reiterate that over and over again, thats the one specific thing that separates your lessons from everyone else.

    Another great yoga session to follow “Yoga For Harder Erections”. Can aim for a strong core and more V-Shaped midsection. Hips will benefit too. Don’t know if I’m also left legged or left footed. Thought of it many times. Yes, I’m left handed, but these exercises will work for left or right handed people alike. It will also tune my body up a little more. Reverting back to “Yoga For Harder Erections” for a few, it’s a natural testosterone booster, not dangerous shots which I believe killed one of my church friends back in 2013 or 2014. He should have followed by these, had I knew to tell him then. Not so easy once again, when there’s more than 8000 yoga poses, each uniquely targeting a different part of the body. Better than one testosterone overdose in the form of a shot. This friend was in the best shape of my other church friends that died of severe obesity. He weighed only 150 or so, also dying at approximately age 52 or so, like the rest. Sad that they didn’t choose yoga back in 1993 or 1994, when their bodies were way less apt to plain old give out. I guess a lot of church people find yoga sinful. I don’t, as with many other things. Thanks, once again, Dean. Keep the great yoga videos coming. I’ll do them until the day I die. I will add many years to my life, and life to my years.
