    Really enjoying this practice, feeling the benefit. What would be the next video you would recommend. Im 68 and not as flexible as I would like, but do not want to give up on the yoga.

    Wow. I really needed this. I thought I didnt have the right mindset to do yoga today (thus breaking my streak) but then I figured, hey it wouldn't hurt. I'm glad I tried. When Adriene said how practicing yoga may "not always feel amazingly good but the process of tending towards ourselves…is definitely good for you" really resonated with me. Thank you for this.

    Self Love

    Behind the cloak of flesh and bones

    Day 9 of process: I'm finally learning to relax my body and not being impatient with my mind. Or wanting to rush and get the video over with. I'm becoming more gentle with my thoughts and work isn't stressing me out much anymore. I'm so use to sweaty, hiit workouts or strength training that leaves my heart pumping and I feel dead afterwards! Lol. This is a real game changer, and I look forward to the other videos 🙂

    Today I picked up my dads remains and I’m starting to take care of his affairs. This day started with a lot of anxiety. However, Yoga is helping to comfort and calm me during the process of accepting his passing. Although I didn’t want to practice today, I’m glad I showed up. Grieving has been pretty uncomfortable, but Yoga just helps me to know that I’m going to be okay. Thank you for this practice today.
