    This was surprisingly fun! I typically hate HIIT (unless it's on a stair climber), but your exercises were very challenging and nice on the knees.     I searched up HIIT workouts that don't involve jumping and this was the best thing that popped up!! I felt really comfortable doing these and I sometimes skipped some of the rest times so I could move around more- ive been doing a calorie deficient diet (im not very hard on myself w that tho but I've seen results) and I went on a bbq/beach day today which made me go over my limit by some calories so I did this to lose those calories and I loved it!!
    I'll be doing this workout frequently <3
