    It's so interesting how when life becomes stressful people (or at least I) lose sight of habits that make you feel good. Such as a healthy diet and yoga. Today was my first yoga session again in weeks & boy do I feel it. Aches and pains everywhere from working my desk job 10+ hours a day lately.
    But these 30 minutes helped so much already! So see you tomorrow in the next session

    I really like your videos – I started with the 30 day challenge… but I can now not find any without music – which I'm sorry to say I find so irritating that I won't do them (the music is so slow and low that my brain's straining to listen for and anticipate the next low ping on the piano when I want to focus on the yoga). Just wondering if by any chance there are more videos without music? Thank you, K
