    I don't like this video. Because the exercises are repeated…. if 2 times it's okay but 3 times!! I already remember fractions in the second time and in the 3rd time, I remember all the exercises and the order.. thus I akready know the difficulty level, which makes it difficult for me to challenge myself as there are no surprises. ….

    Woah, damn are my legs and lungs burned out to a crisp I managed to complete this workout, with a few breaks in between due to not having been active in a while but damn did I still feel the full effect of this workout. I also planned to do the extra challenge however a sudden bout of nausea stopped that plan in its tracks. I’m grateful I knew where to push and were to stop, otherwise I could have injured myself yet again. 300ish calories burnt later and today’s workout is complete like a boss #FBSweat Day 3 workout complete! 07.06.2021

    Hello. The video was so instructional. I have been trying to search for YouTube vid like yours that really teaches the topics in this vid! The part at 1:27 is my fav. Your tip reminds me of the channel from Dr Ethan. His videos are actually knowledgable and I learned a lot for exams! He is an insightful Dr on YouTube and he teaches diabetes and vitamins.
