    Okay after doing this a couple times and starting a stretching regime, I really recommend doing a proper 20 to 30 minute stretching regime after this workout, if you're new to workouts. This will decrease the incidence of DOMS a lot the next day. I say this from experience. First time I did this and I wasn't very fit obviously, I had such bad DOMS the next day I couldn't climb up the stairs without feeling like my thighs were being stabbed with knives lol and I was forced to take a break from exercise that day, but I stopped getting bad DOMS after doing proper stretching routine after this – I even tried her 20 minute workout on Popsugar which is way more intense than this, with no modifications, and the next day, no DOMS. I did the hyperbolic stretching routine (which I paid for) but to be honest I think any proper, good stretching routine would lessen DOMS the next day. But whatever it is, the amount of stretching she does in the cooldown phase of this workout and the other 20 min workout is not enough if you're new to these sorts of workouts, because your muscles will be tested, and if you want to feel well enough the next day to workout, you need to do all you can to lessen the severity of DOMS the next day

    Personally, I don't like gyms. They are so crowded and I can't do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from "Agoge Diet". Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.
