    Day 1: literally, my whole body was shivering ?…thought I would die…? skipped some exercises like last jumping jack and squat.?..that was really tough…my stomach was in really Pain…

    tryna get on track –

    Day 1: I only did half of it because I don’t wanna exercise and push myself too much as I’m only 12/13 but I completed it, I was sweating by the end.
    Day 2: I completed all of the exercises this time with a break half way in between.
    Day 3: I decided to add a new video to this and I did the 10 minute HIIT workout and it was easier than this, but I was sweating.
    Day 4: coming

    Guyss me form india ??i started my exercises as per this video from june. When i started i was 66 kg. Yesterday i checked my weight now i amm 60?????i am impressed. All friends may say one truth in my eniter life tried lot of workouts nothing worked. But thiss one ufff???wollaa. Now i am more curious about lossing my weight to get my goal. my goal is 56 kg now i am 21 years old. I will surly come here when i loss my weight and become 57.???
