    This is honestly crazy. The funny thing is I've been doing indoor workouts for a month or so using different vids and I can do all of em so far. THIS ONE???? Absolutely no. I literally just gave up laughing sometimes. I don't know how she trained to be able to do this in one go without any rest in between. I also feel like all those previous vids did not even work out my inner thighs if they're still this weak. CAN ALSO TOTALLY RELATE WHEN PEOPLE SAY THERE'S THAT ONE LEG THAT WONT COOPERATE!!! especially when you switch sides. that resting leg is so damn sore it can't even support the other leg's turn.

    The real joke was when I stopped another vid halfway which incorporates 10-15lbs dumbbells because this one looks like it allows me to do most of the moves lying down. IF ONLY I KNEW WHAT I WAS GETTING MYSELF INTO. You'll definitely get results from continuous repeat of this routine. stop scrolling the comments.

    OMG I did have a lil trouble and took like 2 sec breaks in between the hard sets… im working on getting stronger!!! This just about killed me !!

    But I will keep training! (For my anime fans out there…this is my training arc!) I'll be back sometime…hopefully with something better to say

    this was insanely hard like I can do everyone else’s thigh workout on youtube SO EASILY but Pams are literally impossible!! i take like 5 breaks each exercise

    No offence to all the fans. Pamela is pretty awesome. However, if you compare her dance work out to MadFit's dance work out, you can tell who is the true dancing queen- the Madfit. hands down.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.
