    Har dessverre fått stiv nakke og skuldre etter trenings runder jeg har på sykkelen. Etter disse øvelsene som jeg muligens skal begynne å gjøre hver dag har gjort meg utrolig godt allerede fra dag 1.
    Kjenner allerede at det har løsna noe opp som er veldig deilig! Fortsett å lage ligenende videoer og jeg iallefall kommer til å følge disse!

    Hei! Måtte bare legge igjen kommentar da denne videoen har fått meg til å halvere smertestillende forbruket mitt kun etter 4 dager. Tar det 1-2ganger om dagen, kun holdt på 8 dager og jeg maser på alle jeg kjenner om at de MÅ begynne med det her. Er sååå takknemlig, tenk at det skulle være så enkelt for min fibromyalgi å bli bedre. Tusen tusen takk, jeg er evig takknemlig!
