    At first I was a little skeptical of this practice – after all, what difference will give minutes of yoga make to my day? But after making coffee, these five minutes are the perfect amount of time for my drink to cool before I settle in to enjoy it. Now it doesn't feel like I've really woken up until I've stretched with Adriene!

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds! This routine can be done first time in the morning to energize your day or mid-afternoon as well!
