    I was feeling sluggish the whole day. My joints were aching, my stomach was making funny flips and was full of gas, my sinus cavities felt clogged and I just felt like lying down and do nothing. That was before I thought about you Adrienne. This short yoga practice, though short, was powerful to bring me back to life. I still feel feverish but at least I dont feel sluggish. Thank you Adrienne…I know I can always count on you!

    Hi! I just wanna share that today’s yoga really allowed me to exceed my limitations. I have been feeling really empty lately but I told myself to constantly do yoga everyday – a reminder to myself that yoga is at least one thing I can hold on to. Every end of the practice I choose, I practice poses like the crow pose and such. Today, I decided to practice the wheel pose again. I started yoga this year, I am not flexible nor am I strong and I haven’t done this pose even when I was a child. But today, I just did it! I did not give too much thought when I was doing it that’s why it shocked me that I was able to push myself from the yoga mat. I would’ve cried if my brother wasn’t in the same room XD. Life’s been tough on me lately, but my yoga today taught me that even things you thought are tough for you can be conquered. Thank you for the videos you make Adriene! To everyone who’s had it tough lately, don’t worry too much. It’ll all pass and you can conquer it!

    I had the weirdest sensation with the first part. Don't know if this is normal or not, but after all that blood pressure went to my head and I came back up, I felt almost like vomit was just settling through my body and then making it's way down (I could taste it). I couldn't see anything out of my eyes for a couple of seconds (it was completely blacked out) and then I could see again. Maybe I was dehydrated (drinking LOTS of water after that happened), but I also think it was part of the detoxing process as I've been feeling a little crappy lately and have been needing this. I feel much better and I do actually feel that burn. Oof!

    I find the opening movement of this one – clasping the hands behind the back, locking the elbows, and raising the arms in a forward fold – impossible due to the outward pressure on my hands. Any tips for working on this?
