Do with the video to learn the sequence, then repeat and hold for about 3x longer each pose (time to settle in, get aligned). Trying to keep up with her may frustrate or injure.

I have to agree with some of the comments. You should still show these movements where you are not so low to the ground. It really discourages people from doing yoga. I find as an instructor that you have to understand most of the people watching you or doing your class are not as strong or flexible. Leave the EGO at the door and show some modifications in your videos to reassure people that this takes practice and flexibility…..

For a yogi with limited flexibility there's not much to do here – for example see 14:47. Not doing the poses in stages make it hard to adapt to a range of skill levels, and I would consider this an advanced practice.

This is a great sequence, but disappointing in its presentation because the model should actually demonstrate in "mirror" form as opposed to us following in opposition.
