Good morning gorgeous! And happy Tone It Up Tuesday! When you’re sculpting your body with lots of workouts, it’s so important to stretch it out! You know how much I LOVE stretching! Today’s routine is the perfect deep stretch to lengthen your gorgeous muscles. All you need is a mat and a small towel to help you deepen your poses. As you do this routine, focus on your breath and sending oxygen to all of your muscles. You’re going to feel so rejuvenated!

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds! We will be working on improving our shoulder and core stability as well as stretching our hamstrings, shoulders, hip flexors, quads, hips and basically our entire body. This routine can be done first time in the morning to energize your day or mid-afternoon as well! Feel free to do what you can and to modify the routine by making it harder or easier depending on your own level.
