    Hacer ejercicio es una de las mejores cosas que

    podemos hacer por nosotros mismos

    Pero les comparto mi experiencia desde el año

    pasado empecé a hacer ejercicio

    Pero honestamente mi alimentación no la cuidaba

    para nada

    O la cuida una semana y 3 no

    Así que nunca ví buenos resultados

    Hace una semana me decidí por comenzar a cuidar más de mi en todos los sentidos

    (Incluyendo mi alimentación)

    La realidad es que no estoy haciendo dieta

    Solo estoy aprendiendo a comer y a ser más consciente de mi misma

    Y estoy viendo increíbles resultados

    Tanto emocionales como físicos Estoy orgullosa de mi misma

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.
