    I'm doing dedicate this month (June 2021) but I have an exam the day after tomorrow and I ended up studying until very late. Instead of skipping my daily yoga (I'm close to a 6 months streak) I'm sure it I'll be good for my back and shoulders after a day on the books

    Just got back to doing yoga again but I noticed when I did the circles with the knees that my glutes REALLY hurts while doing it… I've been "neglecting" taking care of my body with yoga and I can feel it big time… Longing for the day the pain is gone, doing this every day now so hoping for an improvement soon (does anybody have any exercise/yoga videos ideas for that pain?)
