    I absolutely love this workout…the problem? 4 ads in just 25 minutes. (I didn't even finish the video). Constantly interrupting the exercise sets. I understand that it is how they make their money. But put the ads in the beginning and the end like you used to! It is annoying and frustrating . I will not view this video again. C'mon YouTube…this is ridiculous!

    I've been waiting for new moves. Repetition of this for three months (twice a week) get me bored. But you know what? I CAN REAP THE RESULTS! with food control I loss 10 kg, and finally on my life I have more muscle percentage than fat! Still got long way to go, but still: thanks a lot Pop sugar! (I still doing this btw, but now with additional low impact cardio in between ?)

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds! We will be working on improving our shoulder and core stability as well as stretching our hamstrings, shoulders, hip flexors, quads, hips and basically our entire body. This routine can be done first time in the morning to energize your day or mid-afternoon as well! Feel free to do what you can and to modify the routine by making it harder or easier depending on your own level.
