सिर्फ पांच योगा प्रैक्टिस से घुटनों के दर्द का निवारण और उपचार
घुटनों के दर्द अब छूमंतर ।Simple at dwelling yoga train for knee ache aid,100 %treatment knee ache by yoga poses

विशेष नोट-
सभी प्रकार के घुटनों के दर्द के रोगी इन अभ्यासों को प्रतिदिन सुबह शाम करें।
घुटनों की सिकाई जरूर करें
सिकाई के लिए 2 ltr पानी मे 5 चम्मच सेन्दा नमक डालकर खौलायें और गुनगुना होने पर टॉवेल से घुटनों की सिकाई करें
योगा एक्सरसाइज शुरु में काफी हल्की करें फिर धीरे 2 बढ़ाये,बिल्कुल जल्दी न करें
दौड़ना,सीड़ी चढ़ना,पालथी मारकर बैठने से बचें।
चाय ,कॉफी,व कोल्ड ड्रिंक बन्द कर दें
15 से 25 min की धूप जरूर लें
महिलायें हील की सेंडिल न पहनें।
वायु रोग उत्त्पन्न करने वाली बस्तुएं न लें
फ़ास्ट फ़ूड और chiness फ़ूड जहर है।zyming एक्सरसाइज और ट्रेडमिल न करें।
वज्रासन और पदमासन नहीं करें।

    Sir you r too good, apki exercise maine only two mint ki or usi se meri knee me bhut aaram hai, or ab mai roj isse kar rhi hu, or mera knee pain kam ho rha thanx sir im so happy mai alrady 2month dr ki dawa kha chuki thi but itna relif kabhi ni mila

    Sir mere ghutne me dard hai gadi chalane me jyada dard hota hai delhi me jam bahut hota hai cluch daba daba kar bahut dard ho jata hai ghar chalane ke liye phir bhi gadi chalana padta hai kahi ghutne jyada kharab to nahi ho jaye ge kya gadi chalana chhodna padega
