This is a beautiful short practice that will release tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back & will help you feel more ease and spaciousness in your body and mind. It is a fully accessible practice, suitable for absolute beginners, right through to the advanced practitioner. On this publish, I rant and rave concerning the Lenovo Energetic Pen as it’s being examined on the Yoga 520.

With pinpoint accuracy and 2048 ranges of strain sensitivity, the Pen is nice as for the Artist.

There are 5 issues I do not like concerning the Lenovo Energetic Pen.
