    Plz open a fitness studio in NYC! As someone who danced for a long time but hasn't done real class in like 6 years this is my ideal kind of workout and definitely something missing from the NYC boutique fitness scene! Not technical like even a beginner studio class would be and not the zumba/hiphop dance along class style or the music video style chore classes either. Plz plz <3

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂
