    I did twenty minutes of the workout and then stopped I know I shouldn’t have but it was the same moves but my twenty minutes made me sweat and turn pink like a pig but the workout was great ?

    06-24-21:
    BEFORE THE VIDEO This is honestly my first time working out in months, and this was the first video I did, probably overworked myself, but that's how I start out (I know it's not the healthiest or the safest, I do realize that but I just wanted to feel like I accomplished something). AFTER THE VIDEO I did all of it, well mostly the low-impact stuff, there were a few things where I did the high-impact stuff. But I feel really gross and sweaty. NOTES I plan on updating you guys every day/week, hoping to encourage you because the comments below encouraged me!

    Ok, I might be crazy but I'm definitely a beginner and will try this for the first time tonight. I love workouts that I can do at home that are effective and will help me reach my goal. Wish me luck ?

    Update from my first workout tonight. It kicked my ass harder than I thought it would. I made it 26 minutes in and then threw in the towel for the night. I don't count it as a loss I count it as a victory. I'm going to stick with it and I'm determined to become stronger. This workout helped reinforce that I need to stretch more, so I'll be doing a yoga stretch video before this workout tomorrow.

    I’ve had this video saved for months without doing it but I recently tried it and now I’m hooked. It’s really hard, especially with asthma and other health issues, but the results are almost immediate. I swear after just two workouts I noticed changes in my body. I plan to stick with this workout for at least the summer. I’ve already gone down one size in clothing and this will help me continue to lose weight.

    I did this workout with full out movements (took a 2 minute pause halfway) and my watch says 100 calories burned. should I throw the watch out lol

Es wird strong. Zumindest hier und da. Eure Schultern werden gut auf ihre Kosten kommen, die Oberschenkel arbeiten fleißig mit und auch die Körpermitte bringen wir kurzzeitig zum kochen.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.

Here is a Yoga routine with the perfect balance of strength moves & flexibility poses get the best out of both worlds!
