    thank you for this. i used to do yoga every morning, but i sprained my ankle a couple weeks ago and got out of the rhythm. this was my first time doing yoga in a while, but i feel so much better now.

    I love this routine ..l the sun is shining here this morning which is wonderful on the twists to turn and embrace the sun. Because I have had one knee replacement and the other going in the same direction I can’t do squats. So I usually sit cross legged but if there is a better option please let me know. Thank you

    Opened up YouTube and it must have read my mind as this was the first video in the recommendations. It wasn’t until afterwards that I read it said fast ( still half asleep). I did pause the exercises and do more slowly and for longer. Will have to go back to it as had to end early to get ready for work.

    Amazing !

    She helped me learn the right exercises for the sciatic nerve, the exercises help me to relieve the pain in the area – L5 L4 S1.
    The exercises slightly reduced the pain in the left knee.
    The exercises allowed me to begin to believe that daily study and perseverance would significantly
    improve the condition of the "boging disc" I am suffering from and reduce knee pain in my left knee and leg.
    She is amazing, professional, patient, original yoga instructor.
