    Keeping track of my workout for results:
    Day 1: Felt the burn, tired, but kept telling myself it was worth it and keep going, because it heckin’ is! Need to definitely work on my form. So I’m going to replay the video and watch her form carefully just to make sure I’m doing this right.
    Day 2: Form is definitely key, today it was much harder once my form was better, I felt it a whole lot more, arms were a bit sore from yesterday but I made sure I didn’t over use my arms after the workout so I wouldn’t be too sore. Arms are burning today!

    This is a good, short workout but every time she infers that 5lb weights are "lightweight" I cringe. They are not lightweight, especially if you're a beginner. Feeling like you have to use 5lbs for this to be effective could lead to injury for beginners. Honestly, it's dangerous for her to be saying this.

    Thanks for making these videos free! Most of the workout videos I've seen, the instructor only works each body area for a shorter period of time, and sometimes not the same amount of reps because they talk so much and seemingly lose count.

    After trying a handful of different Ab workouts on YouTube this is my favorite I like that it doesn’t need any equipment it’s a challenge but it doesn’t revolve around hanging or placing any weight on my shoulder with the exception of the planks going to try to do this one every day thank you two thumbs up
