Align the body with some closing postures including bridge and/or wheel, shoulder stand and fish pose. This sequence moves you through a series of traditional closing postures with options for new practitioners and seasoned yogis. Can be practiced on its own, but is most accessible once the body is already warm and circulating. To be followed with savasana (laying flat on your back for several minutes).     A good quick-paced all encompassing level 1.5-2 practice. Note shavasana is quite long (approx 5 minutes), so actual flow 30-35 minutes.

    I did this after 20 minutes of cardio and this was a good workout on its own lol. Definitely a little challenging and moves quickly, but I'd do it again.

    Absolutely loved this practice! Perfect for a relaxing Sunday, but challenging enough to get my blood pumping and make me sweat! I'm still building my strength up for the more challenging yoga workouts, but this gave me a nice balance. Love and light to  you Bryan. 🙂
