    Day 1: my waits is 68 centimeters
    Day 2: my waist is 65,5 centimeters
    Day 3: my waist is 63 centimeters
    Day 4: my waist is 61 centimeters

    I will try to document everyday! :3 (started:23th June)
    Day1: It was kinda difficult and it kinda hurts but I didn't give up!! I would recommend to listen to music while doing it :))

    Doing this everyday
    Day 1: it was really hard and obviously didn’t see much difference
    Day 2: I seen a bit of a difference from yesterday but I had really bad belly and leg pains I still managed though
    Day 3: it was kinda hard but I liked the new excersises more and my stomach has flattened since yesterday

    I am currently on day 3 and I am wondering if anyone has pain between their legs and stomach? When I walk, sit, go up the stairs, and more it hurts.

    Hi I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks but I’ve skipped a few days . Even with some days skipped I’m seeing some results. Make sure to drink plenty of water and DO CARDIO.

    I just just finished my first workout in 8 years and although I can hardly catch my breath, this is just the beginning and if like me you were putting this off and making excuses why you can't work out for years today is the day to say no more excuses. I feel amazing and so proud of myself and want want you to shake off any shame and start this today you won't regret it!

    Hey , Ik no one will read this but I’ve been depressed and just not myself lately . I use to be a athlete , I was the DE on the football team , I boxed , and use to play PF for my basketball team . Quarantine and just a lot of losing people put me into a place I’m still stuck in but trying to leave . I only made it to 18 mins to this vid to how much weight I put on , but I’ll come back tmrw and try to finish it

    I have thought a lot to change my body (haven't done exercises in my entire life) and have done this workout today, finally. I can't say it was easy, but I've done it from start to the end and felt really good! Hope some changes are coming soon. Now I'm on 69.2kg and my goal is 58kg.

    This was my second cardio workout with Total Body Project. My sister loves it. I started it not knowing she was a big fan. She has lost 8lbs in 7 weeks. I am doing it just to get fitter and if I lose a few pounds that's a bonus. I work from home so this is so handy. Enjoying it so far

Es wird strong. Zumindest hier und da. Eure Schultern werden gut auf ihre Kosten kommen, die Oberschenkel arbeiten fleißig mit und auch die Körpermitte bringen wir kurzzeitig zum kochen.

STRONG & BEAUTIFUL ist ein feines Full Body Yoga Workout, welches den gesamten Körper fordert, fördert und eventuell sogar die eine oder andere Grenze aufzeigt 🙂

Und eins noch: wir legen gleich zu Beginn relativ (!) kraftvoll los. Wenn ihr die Aufwärmphase gerne etwas länger gestaltet, dann macht vor der Einheit einfach noch ein paar Sonnengrüsse.
